This phrase is not the name of one standard treatment. Whitening and small composite changes may suit one person; orthodontics or restorations may be discussed for another. The quote should specify which teeth would receive which procedures, how natural tissue will be preserved and whether intervention on healthy teeth is necessary.
Describe the result you want for your own face, speech and daily life rather than relying on a very white photograph. Covering every front tooth is not automatically required. If a mock-up or try-in is offered, ask when changes can still be made. Consider follow-up, repairs and eventual replacement as well as the initial price: extensive cosmetic treatment can create a long-term maintenance commitment.
