Cookies and browser privacy

The current website application has no tracking cookies added for advertising, marketing profiles or visitor analytics.

The /tr, /en, /de or /ar part of the page address determines its language. A separate language preference cookie is not used. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie from the previous version is removed when you return to the website.

This cookie is created only when an authorised administrator signs in. Reading blogs, browsing treatment pages and using the contact form do not require an administrator session.

Contact-button clicks and successfully saved forms are counted in aggregate by day, website language and broad page type. These statistics do not store names, phone numbers, email addresses, health information, IP addresses, visitor identifiers, search text or full page addresses. Counts are kept on this website’s own server and are not sent to third-party analytics or advertising platforms.

This measurement uses no cookies or browser storage. Button clicks are not counted when the browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference is enabled. Successful form totals are calculated when an enquiry is saved. Connection and request logs used for security remain covered by the technical security information above.

Cloudflare provides traffic security. If a security check is triggered, that service's security mechanisms may apply. Server security logs and browser cookies are different types of records.

Map and social media links open the relevant provider's website when selected. That provider's privacy and cookie practices apply there.

You can view and delete this site's cookies in your browser's privacy or site data settings. Deleting an administrator session cookie requires the administrator to sign in again. Website languages can be selected from the menu.

If non-essential tracking is introduced later, this information and any required preference controls must be updated for that use.
